T2518-01 Lagoon Repair-Festus Readiness Center
Dewater & clean out the lagoon and install a membrane liner. Verify land application pump station & system in functioning properly. All damaged valves, valve boxes, and sprinklers shall be replaced. Install new plash pads, level gauge, and install rock on lagoon berm.
