Modifications to Long Branch State Park Campground loop 1 to develop 17 campsites with full hook up (water, sewer, and 50-amp electrical), 11 campsites with 50-amp electric only and 6 sites for new camper cabins with 50-amp electric only for a total of 34 sites within this area.

Replacement of 10 HVAC split systems, associated electrical work, pouring of new housekeeping pads for condensers, and integration of controls into central BAS. The work will be conducted in 10 phases.

The project includes converting existing locker rooms to office space and improvements to the men's and women's latrines. Two clerestory windows in the assembly area will be replaced with louvers and motorized dampers for ventilation. A new fan coil unit will be added to the renovated office area. New lighting will be installed in the rooms converted to offices. Exterior work includes replacing the lower one-story roof with TPO and installing new gutters and downspouts. Alternates include floor finish modifications in the office areas and the addition of cooling to the server room.

Demolition of existing shower house loop 4 (base bid) and shower house loop 1 (alternate #1) completed in two phases. The structure will consist of reinforced concrete block walls, and a wood framed roof with asphalt shingles along with the other required appurtenances to complete the structure.

Replacing Auxvasse Creek Bridge components; demolition, sitework, premanufactured bridges, concrete work and all items incidental to total construction

Relocation and/or grade reduction of trail sections with excessive slope grades. Project also includes patching & repaving the old section of trail that will be utilized as access for the construction of the rerouted areas.

Replumbing the heating water loop & infrastructure upgrades to the heating hot water & domestic hot water systems. Replacement of gaskets on the grooved piping system throughout the facility.

Furnishing all labor, materials, demolition, and construction necessary for a new entry walkway, new windows, new exterior doors, new exterior storefronts, brick staining, restroom renovation, interior office space renovation, new finishes, new fixtures, and new furnishings, including associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

Extending the existing elevated metal boardwalk trail approximately 340 ft through swamp. Woody vegetation obstructing the trail's path would be removed. Viewing platforms will be added on this portion of the boardwalk.

Renovations at Missouri State Highway Patrol, General Headquarters, Dormitory, Physical Training, and Academy Buildings.
