N2101-01 Parking Lot/Sidewalks/ADA Compliance Rehabilitation Missouri Lottery Headquarters

The project includes removing the existing parking lot pavement and sidewalks. The pavement and sidewalks will be replaced as shown in the Contract Documents. Storm sewer systems will be replaced as shown on the Construction Plans. A modified MoDOT Type B gutter will be installed as shown on the Construction Plans. Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for complete removal and replacement of work including restoration of disturbed areas.
