X2319-01 REBID Renovate Cabins 1-4, 14, & 19 - Sam A. Baker State Park

The project includes renovation of 6 historic cabins in Sam A. Baker State Park. The cabins interiors will be renovated toaccommodate a living room with a functional electric fireplace, bedrooms, a kitchen with new cabinets, fixtures, and appliances, bathrooms with new fixtures and finishes, and a storage and mechanical/utility room. The cabin renovations will include mechanical, electrical and plumbing replacement. The exterior construction includes reroofing, repair of the historic wood lap siding, heavy timber repair, stone masonry repointing, exterior door and window repair, and painting of all exterior wood surfaces. The site work includes exterior access, lighting, and adequate storm drainage from all sides of the cabins.
