C2509-01 Improv Food Preparation Area-Support Bldg-Missouri Eastern Correctional Center

The project includes improvement needs in the food preparation area including but not necessarily limited to the following: Replacing the quarry tile floor finish. Replacing sanitary sewer lines, floor drains, trench drains, electrical outlets, cleanouts and other related sanitary sewer or electrical components embedded in the floor. Work shall also include the replacement of separation wall between commercial cooking pots, miscellaneous repairs/restoration of walls, doors and the addition of wall covering to improve sanitary conditions, for the ease of cleaning and care requirements.
