O1920-01 Repairs to Exterior Facade-Landers State Office Building

The project includes exterior façade repairs and cleaning as indicated in Contract Documents. The Work includes, but not limited to the following: 1. Base Bid: Exterior removal and replacement of joint sealants and masonry repointing. 2. Alternate No. 1: Exterior repair and replacement of damaged and defective terra cotta and exterior insulation finish system (EIFS). 3. Alternate No. 2: South and East exterior façade surface cleaning and installation of water repellents. 4. Alternate No. 3: North and South exterior façade surface cleaning and installation of water repellents.
