U2111-01 Roof Replacement Missouri Veterans Home

The work includes removing, existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, metal roof edge, & deteriorated plywood sheathing. Then install new plywood sheathing, underlayment, metal roof edge, & architectural shingles. Gutters are to be cleaned, caulked, & realigned to provide positive drainage to downspouts. Lightning protection system shall be protected & tested for resistance at end of the project.
