OLD-R2115-01 Annex Building 2nd Floor Renovation-MSHP General Headquarters

The Project consists of the renovation of a portion of the second floor of the Annex Building – Crime Lab. The investigative areas of Toxicology, DNA, Trace Evidence, Firearms, and Latent Prints will be renovated and reconfigured. In addition to the investigation areas, accessory areas will also be renovated, including converting four existing restrooms to be ADA compliant, and creating a conference room with kitchenette. Some of the ceilings within the construction limits will be replaced in part or whole. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing updates with relation to new and relocated fume hoods (by vendor), new LED lighting throughout the renovated area, and general plumbing upgrades.
