Beach Comfort Station Upgrades, Addition of six premium cabins with utilities & site improvements, Addition of ten premium back in campsites with utilities & access road, and the connection of Park sanitary facilities to the City of LaGrange Sewer System.

General construction work, demolition, metal roofing, insulation, metal trim, light gauge framing, painting, electrical, & fire suppression.

Replacing existing domestic heating water supply and return loop, domestic water recirculation pumps with supporting electrical & structural scope.

The project includes converting the existing Secretary of State space into a new Document Solutions area by renovating the space to remove existing offices and removing floor finish to allow for an open floor plan with sealed concrete floor for new printing equipment. Secretary of State employees will be relocated and provided with newly remodeled office space located in an adjacent area. The Scope also includes replacement of interior and exterior doors, painting, new signage related to improving life safety and egress. Other renovations include replacement of selected floor finishes and base.

Renovations at Missouri State Highway Patrol, General Headquarters, Dormitory, Physical Training, and Academy Buildings.

Installation of electrical improvements: all wiring, gutter strut, arch flash study, RV Power Pedestals, PDU's and associated structural support system.

Removal & Replacement of approximately 2,957 square yards of concrete pavement. The project has 2 alternates.

The project consists of 10 areas of improvements which include entrance reconstruction, concrete pavement installation, sidewalk/ramp replacement, asphalt parking lot installation, stormwater drainage improvements, and a gravel parking lot addition,

The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, and services necessary to Renovate, Restore and Paint the existing historic wood Windows and Door units and includes Masonry Restorations as identified on the North and South Elevations of the J. Huston Tavern in the Arrow Rock State Historic Site in Arrow Rock, Missouri as per these specifications and drawings. Associated with this work are Masonry and Miscellaneous Exterior Repairs including stone and brick repointing, masonry repairs, paint removal.

Replacing existing HVAC split systems (two furnaces & one condensing unit) with new furnaces & condensing units; modifying ductwork to accommodate new furnaces and replacing exterior hollow metal door & frame to Mechanical Room at each cottage. Existing tank type water heaters will also be replaced with tankless, instantaneous service water heaters, in four of the five cottages. This is to facilitate HVAC replacement. Drywall ceiling adjacent to each Mechanical Room will be removed & replaced, as needed for ductwork modifications.
