C2006-01 Replace Boilers & Controls-Farmington Correctional Center

The project includes replacing burners and boiler controls on three 41,000 MBH steam boilers, demolishing (2) Existing Steam Boilers, installing a new steam to domestic hot water plant to support the south loop, installing a new steam to heating water plant to support the south loop, installing a new domestic water booster skid to support the plant and campus, installing new preinsulated fiberglass piping from central plant to south loop, and all infrastructure to support scope listed above. Volume 2 (Alternate #1): The Work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of steam engine generators, replacement of existing pumped condensate and make-up water piping systems, the installation of a new reverse water treatment system, RO water storage tank, RO water feed pumps, and associated structural, plumbing, piping, insulation, power, control, and instrumentation systems.
