C2009-01 Replace Ice Builders-Building #13-Jefferson City Correctional Center

The project consists of the replacement of existing kitchen equipment, including two tumble chillers & two cook tanks with a new linear chiller & two new cook/chill tanks and the required building modifications to accommodate the new equipment.
