M2005-01 RE-BID Repl Dry Pipe Sprinkler System-Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center

The project includes demolishing existing dry pipe sprinkler system in the attic space including but not limited to piping, fittings, hangers, sprinklers, dry pipe valves, butterfly valves, and related devices in the riser room. New dry pipe sprinkler system(s) shall be provided, including new grooved butterfly valves, dry pipe valves, and all other components for new working dry system(s). Air supply shall be provided with a nitrogen generator set capable of supporting entire dry system(s) for the attic.
