T2133-01 Renovate Latrines, Showers, & Tuck-pointing - Cape Girardeau Readiness Center

The project includes demolition of existing men's & women's showers, latrines, & locker areas, including adjoining spaces for renovation and of new latrines, showers & locker areas. new finishes include resinous flooring & wall coverings, lay-in ceilings, & HPDE toilet & shower partitions. Exterior maintenance of the masonry veneer includes, cleaning, tuckpointing, & instattation of water repellant.
