W1902-01 Renovate Restrooms Missouri Geological Survey

The project includes renovation of five existing restrooms, including 2 alternate restrooms. Renovated items include, but not limited to, selective demolitiion, concrete floor patching, new partitions & wall furring, ceramic wall & floor tile, new doors & frames, acoustical ceilings, toilet partition compartments, toilet accessories, vanity counters, painting, plumbing fixtures, fire protection, lighting, etc., as shown on drawings and specs.
