T2522-01 Concrete Parking Improvements-Richmond Readiness Center

Replace existing POV (privately owned vehicle) asphalt pavement and failed sub-base and install new pavement. Construct new concrete POV parking area to include striping, earthwork, light poles, landscaping, and seeding.
