Demolition & removal of existing finishes, fixtures, and other elements existing to prepare for construction of the expanded locker room which includes New Finishes, Lockers, Toilet fixtures, Lavatory fixtures, Showers & New Custom Sauna. New HVAC unit will be added with new ductwork. Electrical power & lighting for the space will be replaced as indicated.
