T2030-01 Construct New Unheated Storage Building-FMS Readiness Center-Festus

The project consists of a new 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building divided into three separate and equal interior storage spaces with individual man door & overhead door access. The building is not mechanically heated or cooled but is provided with thermostatically controlled ventilation.
