The Work consists of asbestos abatement for the entire building, demolition of the front portion of the building, and various building system modifications of the remaining building. The Work includes: Asbestos abatement; Refrigerant recovery; Building, site, and building system demolition; Site utility modifications; Site grading and seeding; Concrete; Building closure wall installation; EPDM roofing; Fire sprinkler system modifications; Hot water boilers; Mechanical system piping and insulation; Hot water cabinet heaters; and Fire alarm system modifications.
