C1903-01 Replace Roofs & Renovate Interior-Western Reception, Diagnostics & Correctional Center

The Work consists of new roofing and associated sheet metal trim at all three buildings, and exterior enclosure modifications, interior finish remodeling, and paving at the Inmate Property Storage Building. The Work includes masonry work, membrane roofing, flashing and sheet metal, windows and glazing, metal doors and frames, overhead sectional door, gypsum drywall, resilient base, epoxy flooring, painting, a new metal canopy and associated mechanical, electrical modifications, and exterior concrete paving.
