T2018-01 Construct 60-Man Barracks Bldg

The project includes in the Base Bid, construction of a new 60-soldier barracks building with storm shelter, Alternate No. 1 new concrete paving, Alternate No. 2 new tornado resistant window systems and associated openings in storm shelter exterior building envelope, and Alternate No. 3 new lounge area building.
