T2019-01 Addition & Alterations to FMS Facility

The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; concrete foundation & slab-on-grade, masonry exterior walls of reinforced concrete masonry units and brick veneer with stone trim; structural steel framing, steel joints and steel deck; metal panel roof, wall, fascia, interior liner panel systems; metal stud framing; thermal insulation; sheathing; paint finishes, doors and hardware; bridge crane and hoist equipment; vehicle exhaust system; HVAC systems; plumbing systems; electrical power and lighting; fire alarm and detection systems. Alternate bids for solar array panel and interior LED replacement.
