Y2002-01 Westminster Reclamation Project

The project includes completing coal mine reclamation activities including constructing earthen dams; backfilling of abandoned coal mine pits; grading, liming/treating, and covering barren and exposed coal spoils; seed, fertilize, and mulch all work areas; plus perform other related work in accordance with the enclosed plans and specifications.
