U2001-01 Construct New Columbarium Wall

The project consists of new columbarium walls in an undeveloped area of the existing cemetery. Additional work to repair existing columbarium walls and other masonry are being bid as alternate bid items and may be included in the project. The work consists of earthwork, paving, utility relocations, landscaping, precast concrete columbarium niches, and masonry to construct new columbarium walls. Repairs to existing columbarium walls and other masonry are included by bid alternate.
