R2110-01 CHANGE IN SCOPE REBID HVAC Repairs, Multiple Assets MSHP General Headquarters

The project consists of on the Academy Administration Building replacing the existing 2-pipe roof-mounted air handling units (AHU-3 & AHU-4) with variable speed-controlled supply and return fans are to be replaced with new similar systems. The existing roof dunnage will be utilized to support the new units. Sections of the existing chilled water/hot water hydronic piping located above the central corridor of the Academy Administration Building will be replaced. New digital BacNet compatible control system consisting of unit controller interface devices, unit controllers, and temperature sensors will replace the existing digital system and will be fully integrated into the existing Building Management System. (Alternate #1) On the Academy Physical Training Building the existing 2-pipe roof-mounted air handling unit (AHU-6) with variable speed controlled supply and return fans are to be replaced with a new similar system.
