M2002-01 Repl HVAC System & Controls-Higginsville Habilitation Center

Replacing the existing HVAC system & controls with two new roof top units & two new furnaces. An instantaneous hot water heater will proide domestic hot water. A new supply fan with an electric duct heater will provide makeup air to the dryers.
