M2115-01 Replace Roof-Benton Hall-Nevada Habilitation Center

The work consists of removing existing Modified Bitumen Roof system to the decking & replacing with single-ply thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), with tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, replacing existing light gauge metal cap with new pre-finished metal coping, replacing existing wall scuppers, conductor heads & downspouts, repair spalled brick, repoint bricks within 24" of each side of downspout.
