OLD R2110-01 HVAC Repairs, Multiple Assets-MSHP General Headquarters

The Project consists of the replacement of the Waggoner Building dual duct air handling unit at the south wing and installation of a new 60 ton air-cooled chiller (exterior of the building). Existing direct-expansion system condenser unit, indoor compressor, and refrigerant piping shall be removed. Existing zone terminal mixing boxes will be replaced with new mixing boxes on the second floor of the south wing general headquarters building. New digital BacNet compatible control system consisting of unit controller interface devices, unit controllers, and temperature sensors will replace the existing digital system and will be fully integrated into the existing Building Management System. The existing 2-pipe roof-mounted air handling units (AHU-3 & AHU 4) with variable speed-controlled supply and return fans are to be replaced with new similar systems (Academy Building). The existing roof dunnage will be utilized to support the new units. Sections of the existing chilled water/hot water hydronic piping located above the central corridor of the Academic Administration building will be replaced. New digital BacNet compatible control system consisting of unit controller interface devices, unit controllers, and temperature sensors will replace the existing digital system and will be fully integrated into the existing Building Management System. Alternate #1: The existing 2-pipe roof mounted air handling unit (AHU-6) with variable speed-controlled supply and return fans are to be replaced with new similar systems (Physical Training Building). The existing roof dunnage will be utilized to support the new units.
